Bridge Creative - Keeping Connected

Keeping People Connected is a free service offering regular, ongoing support to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism across County Durham, via phone, email, text, post and social media.

The service operates Monday - Saturday, 10am - 4.30pm.

Durham Christian Partnership - Consett Foodbank (Distribution Point) Opening Times 2020-21

The Foodbank Christmas opening times in Consett are as follows:

  • Wednesday 23 December – 10am-12pm
  • Thursday 24 December – 10am-12pm.  Closed after that and will reopen on 5th January. While foodbank is closed, in case of emergencies, contact foodbank volunteers on 07734168366.

Rottenchops' Revenge!

The Gala Theatre is presenting an online Christmas performance 'Rottenchops’ Revenge' and will be available online from 14 December at 4.00pm.

Villain, Rupert Von Rottenchops wreaks havoc in Durham in a tale of kidnap, blackmail and all-round treachery.  Without any pantomimes to perform in this year, a series of characters from pantos past, team up to take him on. Will good triumph over evil…?
