Customer First Strategy Consultation – focus groups

Durham County Council is updating the Customer First Strategy which sets out the approach to customer services over the next three years taking into account changes in technology, customer expectations and financial resources.
The council is currently consulting with their customers to get views on the new strategy and to find out which methods of contact people prefer to use when dealing with the Council. As part of the consultation, they are planning to hold customer focus groups across the county to get more in-depth feedback.
They would like to invite you to one of the following focus groups.
Monday 17 March 2014 - 2.30pm, 4.30pm, Stanley Community Centre (Arts Room)
Wednesday 19 March 2014, 2.30pm – 4.30pm, Newton Aycliffe Youth Centre (Pool Room)
Wednesday 19 March 2014, 6.00pm – 8.00pm, The Glebe Centre, Murton
Monday 31 March 2014, 3.30pm – 5.30pm, The Witham, Barnard Castle

Refreshments will be available on arrival and if you keep evidence of your travel costs, they will be able to reimburse them on the day.
