The Durham City Framework will outline the opportunities and challenges facing the city, we want to hear what you think of the project as well as consulting on Sniperley Park Masterplan which provides detail for the strategic housing site allocated in the adopted County Durham Plan.

The Masterplan is seeking to deliver 1,700 new homes and creates a lively and self-sustaining mixed community.
