Derwent Valley Partnership ‘Call for Projects’ - Round One

Funding is available from the Derwent Valley Partnership for projects that meet at least one of the 2 priorities and subthemes:

Priority: Environment

  • Theme one: Environment, transport, resource use and air quality.
  • Theme two: Nature, woodlands and habitats.
  • Theme three: ‘Green’ employment, training and skills opportunities.

Priority: Health and Wellbeing

  • Theme one: Mental health.
  • Theme two: Suicide prevention.
  • Theme three: Social isolation.
  • Theme four: Bereavement support.

Each of the above priorities also link to our overarching ‘Community Recovery’ work which aims to support our communities recover from the impact of Covid-19.

The minimum grant that can be applied for is £5k and projects must take place in the Derwent Valley Partnership area / benefit its residents.

Applicants are eligible to submit a maximum of one expression of interest under both the ‘Environment’ and ‘Health and Wellbeing’ priorities.  If proposals cover both, then applicants need to outline which one they feel their project best fits in to, please note however the DVP Team have overall discretion with regards to which category your proposal is best placed in.

Closing date for expressions of interest is 12pm, Tuesday 31 August 2021.
