Derwent Valley Partnership’s Holiday Activities with Healthy Food (HAHF) Fund October 2020 – Now open for applications!
The HAHF Fund aims to ensure as many children and young people as possible, have access to food during school holidays, alongside enriching activities, in particular considering those children and young people who would normally receive a free school meal during Term Time.
This week we have launched phase three of the HAHF Fund which aims to support activities for children and young people during October Half Term 2020, and provides an opportunity for groups and organisations to apply for a small grant to help them deliver projects locally during this time.
Please note that all projects must adhere to the current government guidelines in relation to Covid-19 around social distancing.
We are now accepting small grant applications for a minimum request of £250 up to a maximum request of £999. Applicants are encouraged to provide a healthy snack or meal (breakfast, lunch or tea) as part of the activity – this could be a packed lunch or meal delivery for example.
Application forms and guidance notes can be requested from the Derwent Valley Partnership Team by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Please note that all fully completed applications and supporting documents must be received by 12 noon on Monday 21st September 2020.
The HAHF Fund will also been publicised on our Facebook page so please feel free to share this information via your own networks as appropriate.
