Don’t forget to come along to Christmas in Consett 2019 this weekend!

Come and join us on Saturday 30 November 2019, Middle Street, Consett. 5.30pm – 6.30pm

Join the Derwent Valley Partnership (DVP) for an evening of FREE festive entertainment ending in the Christmas tree lights switch on.

  • Prepare to be entertained by the hilarious ‘There’s Nothing Like a Dame’ comedy duo - Rubella and Salmonella
  • Meet Santa and characters from Disney’s Frozen
  • North Tyneside Steel Band
  • Carol singing around the tree
  • Christmas Jumper Competition (the first prize winner will receive a family ticket for 4 to see Snow White at The Empire Theatre, Consett*)
  • Christmas tree lights switch on at 6.30pm

 Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

*Theatre tickets kindly donated by The Empire Theatre.
