The Bridge Young Carers service support children, young people and their families who have a challenging caring responsibility through one to one work, project work, peer support and family support.

You can join the team as a volunteer and help make a difference to the lives of young carers in County Durham:

• Young Carers Ambassador Project Support Volunteer

• Volunteer Driver

• Family Support Volunteer

• Charter Champion, Community Engagement Volunteer
