Ways to Wellbeing Programme

Ways to Wellbeing is a programme which aims to support adults over the age of 16 to improve their health and wellbeing by accessing opportunities that will help to meet new people, be more active and learn new skills.

All our group activities are delivered by friendly, highly skilled and experienced staff and volunteers.

Group activities include:
