Car Club Survey Shotley Bridge
The Derwent Valley Car Club is a community-based car club, set up by Blackhall Mill Community Association. The pay-as-you-go electric car club offers hourly and daily rates, with no mileage fees and full insurance cover. Thanks to funding from Innovate UK, we plan to install a double EV charge point in Shotley Bridge. The new EV charge point will be available for residents, the public and members of the Car Club.
We are seeking your views on the location of the charge point, information on Electric Vehicles and potential demand for the car club. We have prepared a short survey at:

Active Through Football Durham Residents Survey
Dear County Durham Resident,
Active Through Football (ATF) is an exciting new programme from Sport England, funded by the National Lottery and delivered by the Football Foundation.
The ATF County Durham Consortium are currently working on a funding application to bring investment into the County which would create a range of new activities over the next 5 years based on residents' needs (if funded).
As part of their application, they are gathering information direct from residents living in the areas listed below, to be included as evidence that there is a need to deliver the ATF programme in Durham. They would like to hear from as many people as possible, even if you have never kicked a football in your life.
North Durham (Consett, Stanley, Leadgate, Annfield Plain, Dipton, Kip Hill)
East Durham (Dalton-le-Dale, Easington Colliery, Easington Village, Haswell, Horden, Seaham, Shotton)
They are particularly keen to hear from people who currently do less than 30 minutes of activity a week.
The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and will help them strengthen their application. All those completing the survey will be entered into a prize draw and ten people will be drawn at random to win a £25 Amazon voucher.

They are also seeking the views of residents through small online focus groups.
Focus groups will take place via Zoom w/c the 8th and 15th March and will last no more than 60 minutes. Please complete the relevant section of the survey if you are interested in taking part in an online focus group. All those taking part in a focus group will be entered into a prize draw, including 5 x £50 Amazon vouchers.
Annual survey - County Durham & Darlington Fire and Rescue Service
From now until 23 March 2021 we are running our annual consultation on our plans for the year ahead and we would really like to hear what you think.
Making sure County Durham and Darlington have the safest people and safest places is a way of life for all us here in the Service. Every emergency call matters, every incident is responded to with the highest level of care and professionalism and we do all we can to protect those who live, work, study and visit County Durham and Darlington.
Our role has evolved over recent years to incorporate a wide range of incident types that we respond to but we also work hard in the community to prevent accidents from occurring in the first place. As part of all this work we continually assess what risks our communities face and then put plans in place about how we use our resources to manage and respond to those risks. This is reflected in our 2021 Community Risk Profile which feeds our strategic Community Risk Management Plan and Station Plans.
These plans will have an impact on our Service as a whole and it is important to us to take into account what you think.

Youth Sector Engagement Exercise
The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is seeking views on how best to prioritise out of school support and how they could improve their offer for young people.
DCMS is reviewing the programmes and services it supports for young people outside of school (including the National Citizen Service, youth clubs, youth volunteering opportunities and local sports/arts groups).
They’ve produced a digital questionnaire to gather feedback from young people ages 11 to 18, or up to 25 if they have additional needs.
They have also produced an engagement pack for youth sector organisations to gather views within their organisation and/or networks.

Healthwatch County Durham - your thoughts on the Covid-19 Vaccine
The NHS is doing everything it can to deliver COVID-19 vaccines in County Durham, but there might be things that can be improved. Please could you spare a few moments to tell us what you think about the COVID-19 vaccine.
We want to know:

Whether you would be willing to have the vaccine if you have not already and if you have already had the vaccine
What you think about information on the vaccination programme.
